AMZHERO HELP CENTER

Answers about escrow, payments, fees, compliance, and transactions.

01 — GETTING STARTED

What is AmzHero?
AmzHero is an independent transaction facilitator that helps buyers, sellers, service providers, and other counterparties structure and coordinate online transactions. Depending on the transaction, AmzHero may assist with payment conditions, transaction instructions, release or refund conditions, communication between the parties, compliance checks, and general transaction guidance.AmzHero is not the buyer or seller and does not guarantee the performance, honesty, reliability, or legal compliance of any transaction participant.

What is an escrow service?
Escrow generally describes a transaction structure in which funds are kept subject to agreed release or return conditions instead of being paid directly to the other party at the beginning of a transaction. The purpose is to reduce payment and performance risk for both sides. The exact payment and fund-handling structure may vary depending on the transaction and payment method. Use of the term “escrow” by AmzHero does not necessarily mean that funds are held in a regulated bank escrow account or that AmzHero is acting as a regulated financial institution.

How does AmzHero work?
The buyer and seller first agree on the main transaction terms. These normally include the transaction amount, subject of the deal, payment method, delivery or performance requirements, timelines, and conditions for releasing or returning funds. AmzHero then helps coordinate the transaction according to the agreed conditions. Where applicable, payment, identity, AML, Source of Funds, cryptocurrency, or other compliance checks may be required. Once the applicable transaction conditions have been satisfied, the funds may be released according to the agreed instructions.

What types of transactions can AmzHero facilitate?
AmzHero may consider eligible transactions involving:
— online businesses
— digital assets
— digital products
— services
— marketplace-related assets
— online accounts or other transferable digital assets where legally permitted
— other online transactions that AmzHero is able to reasonably understand and support
Transaction availability depends on the nature of the deal, payment method, parties involved, jurisdiction, compliance requirements, and identified risk. AmzHero may decline any transaction that cannot reasonably be verified or supported.

How do I request a deal?
Contact AmzHero through an official communication channel and provide the basic information about the proposed transaction. This normally includes:
— what is being bought or sold
— transaction amount
— buyer and seller details
— preferred payment method
— expected timeline
— agreed conditions for completion
Additional information or documentation may be requested before the transaction is accepted.Once the transaction structure is confirmed, AmzHero will provide the next steps.

Do I need an account to use AmzHero?
A traditional online account may not be required. Transactions are currently coordinated primarily through direct communication with AmzHero using approved communication channels. You may still be asked to provide information necessary to identify the parties, confirm transaction instructions, process payments, or complete compliance checks.

Who can use AmzHero?
AmzHero services are intended for adults who are legally capable of entering into binding transactions. Users must be authorized to participate in the proposed transaction and must not use AmzHero for unlawful, fraudulent, sanctioned, or otherwise prohibited activity.

Can AmzHero decline my transaction?
Yes.AmzHero is not required to accept every proposed transaction. A transaction may be declined because of legal, compliance, fraud, payment, security, operational, reputational, or other risk considerations. A transaction may also be declined where AmzHero cannot reasonably understand, verify, or support the proposed deal.

02 — ESCROW & TRANSACTIONS

How is an escrow transaction created?
Before a transaction begins, the parties agree on the key conditions of the deal.
These may include:
— transaction amount
— payment method
— deliverables
— deadlines
— inspection or review periods
— release conditions
— refund conditions
— milestones where applicable
AmzHero may assist the parties in documenting or structuring these conditions before the transaction begins.

Who defines the terms of the transaction?
The buyer and seller are responsible for agreeing on the commercial terms of their transaction.
AmzHero may help structure the transaction conditions so that the circumstances for payment, release, refund, delivery, or performance are reasonably clear.
AmzHero does not replace the parties’ own legal or commercial due diligence.
'
Can the transaction terms be changed after the deal starts?
Yes, where the relevant parties agree and AmzHero accepts the updated instructions.
Additional review may be required if the changes affect:
— payment amount
— payment method
— recipient
— release conditions
— transaction subject
— compliance requirements
— risk profile
— timelines
Changes should be confirmed through an approved AmzHero communication channel.

When are funds considered received?
Funds should be considered received for transaction purposes only after AmzHero confirms the relevant payment status. A screenshot, payment receipt, blockchain transaction hash, or statement from the buyer is not by itself sufficient confirmation. Sellers should wait for confirmation from AmzHero before transferring assets, credentials, goods, or services.

When are funds released to the seller?
Funds may be released once the applicable transaction conditions have been satisfied and any required payment, security, or compliance procedures have been completed.
The exact release conditions should be agreed before the transaction begins.

Can a transaction include milestones or partial payments?
Yes. Where appropriate, a transaction may be divided into milestones. For example, the parties may agree that part of the funds is released after one stage is completed and the remaining amount is released after additional conditions are satisfied. Each milestone and release condition should be agreed in advance.

What happens if the agreed conditions are not met?
Funds may remain subject to hold or release restrictions while the issue is reviewed where reasonably possible. Depending on the transaction terms and circumstances, the parties may agree to:
— extend the deadline
— modify the transaction
— complete a partial release
— divide the funds
— issue a refund
— resolve the dispute using another agreed method
The parties remain primarily responsible for resolving disagreements relating to the underlying transaction.

Can AmzHero delay or suspend a transaction?
Yes. AmzHero may delay, suspend, restrict, or discontinue a transaction where reasonably necessary because of:
— payment issues
— suspected fraud
— identity concerns
— AML or sanctions concerns
— Source of Funds questions
— cryptocurrency risk indicators
— dispute review
— security concerns
— legal requirements
— inconsistent transaction information
Additional information may be requested before the transaction can continue.

How long can funds remain subject to escrow conditions?
The duration depends on the agreed transaction terms and the circumstances of the deal. Funds may remain subject to agreed release conditions while:
— delivery or performance is ongoing
— a review period remains open
— the parties are resolving a dispute
— payment issues are being reviewed
— required compliance procedures are ongoing
There is no single holding period that applies to every transaction.

Does AmzHero guarantee that a deal will be completed?
No. AmzHero helps structure and coordinate transactions but does not control the independent actions of buyers, sellers, service providers, platforms, banks, payment providers, or other third parties. A transaction may fail because one party does not perform, payment is rejected, an asset cannot be transferred, a platform imposes restrictions, or another issue arises.

03 — BUYERS & SELLERS

How does AmzHero help buyers?
AmzHero can help buyers reduce the risk of sending money directly to a seller before agreed transaction conditions are satisfied. Depending on the transaction, AmzHero may also assist with:
— structuring release conditions
— confirming payment status
— coordinating communication
— reviewing available transaction information
— requesting compliance information where appropriate
This does not replace the buyer’s own due diligence.

How does AmzHero help sellers?
AmzHero can help sellers confirm that the applicable funding condition has been satisfied before they complete agreed performance. This may reduce the risk of performing services, transferring assets, or providing access before payment arrangements are confirmed. Sellers should wait for confirmation from AmzHero rather than relying only on payment screenshots or statements from buyers.

Does AmzHero verify every buyer and seller?
No. The level of verification may vary depending on the transaction. AmzHero may request KYC, AML, Source of Funds, ownership, payment, or other information where reasonably appropriate. A completed verification does not guarantee that a person is honest, reliable, financially solvent, or certain to perform their obligations.

Does AmzHero guarantee the seller?
No. AmzHero does not guarantee the identity, reliability, honesty, ownership rights, financial condition, or future conduct of a seller beyond the scope of checks actually performed. Buyers remain responsible for evaluating the seller and the transaction.

Does AmzHero guarantee the buyer?
No. AmzHero does not guarantee the identity, reliability, financial condition, intentions, or future conduct of a buyer beyond the scope of checks actually performed. Sellers remain responsible for evaluating the commercial risks of the transaction.

Does AmzHero verify goods or services?
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, AmzHero does not independently inspect, test, authenticate, certify, or guarantee goods or services. AmzHero does not guarantee:
— quality
— authenticity
— legality
— condition
— ownership
— performance
— suitability
Any transaction-related review is limited to information reasonably available to AmzHero.

Does AmzHero verify online businesses or marketplace assets?
AmzHero may review information supplied in connection with an online business, marketplace asset, account, or other digital property. However, AmzHero does not guarantee:
— revenue
— profit
— traffic
— account metrics
— customer information
— ownership rights
— account transferability
— future performance
— continued availability of a marketplace account
Each party should conduct its own due diligence.

What if the other party provides false information?
Notify AmzHero as soon as possible. AmzHero may request additional evidence, suspend the transaction, delay release, or decline to continue where reasonably appropriate. AmzHero does not control the independent conduct of users and cannot guarantee that information supplied by another participant is truthful.

04 — PAYMENTS & FEES

What is the AmzHero service fee?
The standard AmzHero service fee is 2% of the transaction amount unless otherwise agreed before the transaction begins. The applicable fee will be communicated before the relevant transaction is processed.

Can the fee be different from 2%?
Yes.The applicable fee may vary depending on factors such as:
— payment method
— currency
— jurisdiction
— transaction complexity
— compliance requirements
— identified risk
— third-party processing requirementsReturning or regular clients may also receive preferential fee terms based on transaction history.

Who pays the service fee?
The buyer, seller, or both parties may pay the service fee depending on what is agreed for the transaction. The allocation of the fee should be confirmed before the transaction begins.

Are bank or payment-provider fees included?
Not necessarily. The AmzHero service fee may not include third-party costs such as:
— bank fees
— intermediary bank fees
— payment-processing fees
— card-processing fees
— currency conversion costs
— blockchain network fees
— third-party compliance costs
These may apply separately or include inside AmzHero fees.

What currencies does AmzHero support?
USD is the primary currency used for AmzHero transactions. Other currencies, including EUR, GBP, and others, may be supported upon request depending on availability, payment infrastructure, transaction requirements, and compliance considerations.

What payment methods can I use?
Depending on the transaction, available methods may include:
— bank transfer
— credit or debit card
— Wise
— Payoneer
— PayPal
— supported cryptocurrency
— other agreed payment methods
Not every payment method is available for every transaction.
Always confirm the payment instructions with AmzHero before sending funds.

Can I send payment from another person’s account?
Third-party payments may require additional review. AmzHero may ask for information about:
— the person making the payment
— their relationship to the transaction
— reason for the third-party payment
— Source of Funds
— authorization to make the payment
A third-party payment may be declined if its purpose or source cannot reasonably be understood.

Should I trust a payment screenshot?
No. A payment screenshot, receipt, or confirmation sent by another transaction participant does not by itself prove that funds have been received and are available for the transaction. Wait for confirmation from AmzHero.

What happens if a payment is delayed?
Processing times may depend on the payment method, bank, payment provider, currency, compliance review, or other external factors. AmzHero may provide available status information but cannot guarantee processing times controlled by third-party providers.

05 — CRYPTO

Can I pay with cryptocurrency?
Yes, cryptocurrency may be available for eligible transactions.
Supported assets may include USDT, BTC, and other digital assets approved for the relevant transaction. Availability should always be confirmed before sending cryptocurrency.

Which blockchain network should I use?
Use only the network and wallet information specifically confirmed for the transaction.
Sending assets through the wrong network may result in permanent loss. Always verify:
— cryptocurrency
— wallet address
— network
— amount
— memo or tag where required

Can a cryptocurrency transaction be reversed?
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed.
AmzHero cannot guarantee recovery of cryptocurrency sent:
— to the wrong address
— through the wrong network
— using the wrong digital asset
— with incorrect payment information
Always verify the transaction details before sending.

Does AmzHero screen cryptocurrency wallets?
Cryptocurrency wallets and transactions may be subject to AML screening, blockchain analytics, wallet risk assessment, or transaction-history review. The level of review depends on the circumstances of the transaction.

What happens if my wallet receives a high-risk AML result?
AmzHero may request additional information or documentation.
This may include information about:
— Source of Funds
— wallet history
— exchange records
— previous transactions
— purpose of the payment
A risk indicator does not automatically prove unlawful activity. However, AmzHero may decline or suspend a transaction if the identified risk cannot reasonably be resolved.

Does a successful crypto AML check guarantee that the wallet is safe?
No. Blockchain analytics and AML screening tools can reduce risk but cannot guarantee that a wallet, transaction, or counterparty is completely free from unlawful or suspicious activity.Users remain responsible for their own due diligence.

Who is responsible for cryptocurrency price changes?
Each party accepts the market risk associated with the digital asset used in the transaction.
AmzHero does not guarantee cryptocurrency prices, exchange rates, liquidity, or future market value.

06 — AML / KYC & COMPLIANCE

Does AmzHero require KYC for every transaction?
No. AmzHero does not necessarily apply the same verification process to every transaction. KYC or additional verification may be requested depending on:

— salary

— sale of an asset
— investment income
— cryptocurrency holdings
— bank savings
— loan proceeds

What is Source of Wealth?
Source of Wealth, or SoW, refers more broadly to how a person accumulated their overall wealth. It may be requested for higher-risk, unusually large, complex, or otherwise appropriate transactions.
It is not necessarily required for ordinary transactions.

What is sanctions screening?
Sanctions screening may involve reviewing transaction participants, entities, payments, or cryptocurrency wallets against relevant sanctions information. Where applicable, this may include information from authorities such as Ukrainian sanctions authorities, OFAC, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United Nations, or other relevant sources. Not every sanctions regime necessarily applies to every transaction.

What is a PEP?
PEP means Politically Exposed Person. Where appropriate, AmzHero may consider whether a transaction participant is a PEP, a family member of a PEP, or a close associate. PEP status does not mean that a person has committed any wrongdoing. It may simply result in additional review.

What happens if I refuse to provide requested compliance information?
If reasonably requested information is not provided, the transaction may be:
— delayed
— restricted
— suspended
— declined
— discontinued
— refunded where appropriate and legally possible
AmzHero is not required to continue a transaction where relevant compliance or security concerns cannot reasonably be resolved.

Does passing KYC or AML mean AmzHero guarantees me?
No. A successful KYC, AML, sanctions, Source of Funds, or cryptocurrency screening result does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of a person, wallet, business, payment, or transaction.
Compliance checks reduce certain risks but cannot eliminate them.

07 — REFUNDS & DISPUTES

Can I cancel a transaction?
Possibly. Whether a transaction can be cancelled depends on:
— current transaction status
— agreed transaction terms
— whether funds have already been released
— payment-provider rules
— instructions from the parties
— applicable compliance requirements
Contact AmzHero as soon as possible if you want to request cancellation.

Can I cancel after funds have been released?
A completed transaction generally cannot simply be reversed through AmzHero after funds have been validly released according to the agreed conditions. Any further claim may need to be resolved directly between the parties or through applicable legal procedures.

How long does a refund take?
Once a refund has been approved and applicable requirements have been completed, AmzHero will begin processing or coordinating the return. Refunds may take several business days.
Actual timing can depend on:
— bank
— payment provider
— payment method
— cryptocurrency network
— compliance review
— other circumstances outside AmzHero’s control

Are payment fees refunded?
Not always. Third-party fees that have already been incurred may be non-refundable.
This may include bank, payment-provider, processing, conversion, or blockchain network fees.

What happens if there is a dispute?
Notify AmzHero and provide the relevant information.
Where reasonably possible, funds may remain subject to hold or release restrictions while the issue is reviewed. AmzHero may request:
— agreements
— transaction instructions
— invoices
