Last Updated: August 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AmzHero (“AmzHero,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, retains, shares, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with the AmzHero website, communications, transaction facilitation, escrow-related processes, payment coordination, compliance procedures, and related services. AmzHero is currently operated independently by an individual based in Ukraine. Personal information is processed in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements, including the laws of Ukraine and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and other mandatory privacy laws. By contacting AmzHero, requesting or participating in a transaction, submitting information through the website, or otherwise using AmzHero services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
01 — WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DATA
AmzHero is currently operated by an individual based in Ukraine. Additional information may be provided where required by applicable law or reasonably necessary in connection with a verified privacy, legal, regulatory, or law enforcement request.

These providers control their own:

Such tools may generate risk indicators or other information used as part of a broader transaction or compliance review. Automated risk indicators do not necessarily constitute a final determination regarding a person or transaction. Where applicable law provides specific rights in connection with decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects, those rights will be respected.

Who I am

Hi there!
I’m Yurii Hrechukha

With 7+ years of experience, I’ve been facilitating deals involving online businesses, digital assets, services, and marketplace-related assets across different platforms and industries.
Over the years, I’ve worked with buyers, sellers, service providers, and digital entrepreneurs, helping them structure transactions, coordinate payment terms, and navigate the deal process more clearly.
I created AmzHero to provide a more structured and transparent way to handle transactions, helping both parties reduce unnecessary risk through a secure escrow process.
