AmzHero by Yurii Hrechukha cooperates with authorized law enforcement agencies, regulators, and other competent authorities in accordance with applicable law. We review valid lawful requests and may provide information reasonably available to AmzHero where disclosure is legally required or otherwise permitted.

01 — SUBMITTING A REQUEST
Law enforcement agencies, regulators, and other authorized government authorities may submit official requests to AmzHero using the designated contact information provided below. Requests should be sent from an official government or agency email address whenever possible.

02 — INFORMATION REQUIRED
To help us review and process a request, please include:
- Name and contact information of the requesting officer or official
- Name of the requesting agency or authority
- Case, investigation, or reference numberLegal authority or basis for the request
- Clear description of the information being requested
- Relevant transaction, account, email, wallet, payment, or other identifying information
- Applicable deadline, if legally required

AmzHero may seek clarification, additional documentation, or appropriate legal process where a request is incomplete, overly broad, unclear, or otherwise insufficient. Nothing on this page constitutes a waiver of any rights, protections, objections, or remedies available to AmzHero or affected parties under applicable law.

05 — PRESERVATION REQUESTS
Authorized authorities may submit a lawful preservation request identifying the information or transaction that should be preserved. Preservation requests should clearly identify the relevant records and applicable legal authority.Any preservation is subject to applicable law, technical availability, and AmzHero’s data retention practices.

06 — EMERGENCY REQUESTS
Requests involving an imminent risk of death or serious physical harm should be clearly marked as  and include sufficient information explaining the nature of the emergency. Emergency requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and remain subject to verification and applicable law.

07 — PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
AmzHero takes privacy and data protection obligations seriously.
Information will only be disclosed where AmzHero determines that disclosure is legally required or otherwise permitted under applicable law and relevant policies. AmzHero may take reasonable steps to protect confidential, personal, or commercially sensitive information when responding to official requests.

Response times may vary depending on the scope, complexity, urgency, and legal nature of the request.
